## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Teacher** to work in a day care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children. The Teacher will serve as a Class Lead, responsible for classroom planning, parent communication, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

### **Educational Requirements:**

-   Minimum of **60 semester hours of post-secondary credit** or **2 years of academic training beyond high school**.
-   **Bachelor’s degree in Education** or a related discipline is preferred.

### **Experience Requirements:**

-   **Minimum 3 years** of full-time teaching or related work experience.
-   Experience in early childhood or day care settings is highly desirable.

### **Technical Requirements:**

-   Must have a **good command of the English language** (both written and verbal).
-   Demonstrated ability to work in a **day care or classroom environment**.
-   Proven capacity to manage a classroom and engage effectively with young learners.

### **Skills Requirements:**

-   Strong planning and organizational skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to work both **independently** and **collaboratively** within a team.
-   Serve as the **main point of contact** for parents and administration for the assigned classroom.
