### Responsibilities

-   Operate Backhoe and Excavator safely and efficiently on construction sites
-   Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of equipment
-   Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to complete tasks accurately
-   Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
-   Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks
-   Document equipment usage and maintenance activities as required

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Backhoe and Excavator
-   Valid certifications and licenses for operating heavy equipment
-   Strong knowledge of safety practices in heavy machinery operation
-   Able to interpret project drawings and specifications
-   Effective communication and teamwork abilities
-   Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and equipment condition
-   Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions
