Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator to join a reputable client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating and monitoring the pasteurization process within a food or beverage production facility to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. As a Pasteurization Plant Operator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of production operations.

### Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
-   Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pasteurization machinery to prevent breakdowns.
-   Record and report operational data, including temperature, pressure, and production volumes.
-   Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
-   Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies.
-   Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
-   Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety protocols.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or degree in Food Technology, or related field.
-   3+ Years of work experience in the same field
-   Proven experience in operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment within a production environment.
-   Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
-   Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
-   Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
-   Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
-   Willingness to work in shifts as required.
