## Description

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
-   Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and external consultants.
-   Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare status updates for management.
-   Ensure projects align with the organization's strategy and target operating model.
-   Assist in developing business cases and project scopes.
-   Support the design of operating models and organizational structures.
-   Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

### **Required Skills**

-   Strong communication and presentation skills.
-   Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
-   Ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

### **Preferred Experience**

-   Experience in large-scale business transformation or change management.
-   Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) environments.
-   Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

-   **PgMP (Program Management Professional)**
-   **CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)**

### **Education**

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

-   Project Management
-   Industrial Engineering
-   Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
-   Computer Science
-   Information Systems
-   Systems Engineering
