## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced **Functional Analyst – SAP IS-Oil (PM)** to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP solutions within the Oil & Gas domain. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into SAP functionalities and solutions.

## Requirements

-   Conduct **requirement gathering sessions** with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into functional specifications.
-   Analyze business processes and map them to **SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM functionalities**.
-   Lead and support the **implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions**, ensuring proper integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
-   Provide **post go-live support**, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
-   Handle **day-to-day user queries and system-related issues**, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
-   Prepare detailed **functional specifications (FS documents)** and collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
-   Conduct **end-user training sessions** for different business roles to ensure effective system utilization.
-   Mentor and train **junior consultants**, enhancing team capability in SAP IS-Oil.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless **integration across modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO**.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Strong hands-on experience in **SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)**.
-   Proven experience in **full lifecycle SAP implementations** (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects preferred).
-   Experience in **Oil & Gas industry projects** is highly desirable.
-   Expertise in **business requirement analysis and functional documentation**.
-   Good understanding of **integration with other SAP modules** (MM, SD, FI/CO).
-   Experience in **post go-live support and enhancement projects**.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** abilities.
