## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in **oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or large-scale infrastructure projects**. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance and construction-related engineering activities while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, international codes, and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of construction and maintenance requirements.
-   Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
-   Oversee and manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
-   Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery.
-   Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications.
-   Identify and implement improvements in construction, maintenance, and operational practices.
-   Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support decision-making to maintain timelines and budgets.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
-   6+ Years of work experience.

-   Proven experience in **oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or major infrastructure construction projects**.
-   Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, economic principles, and industry regulations.
-   Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills.
-   Strong communication and leadership abilities.
