### Job Summary

Responsible for mandatory routine maintenance and inspection of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness. This role **does not perform major repairs** and must strictly adhere to preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

### Mandatory Duties & Responsibilities

-   Perform **scheduled inspections and routine maintenance** as assigned
-   Clean, lubricate, tighten, and adjust equipment components as required
-   **Ensure equipment is safe and operational** at all times
-   **Identify and report defects, wear, or abnormal conditions immediately**
-   Maintain **accurate maintenance and inspection records**
-   Follow **all safety rules, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines**
-   Coordinate with authorized personnel for **any repair beyond routine maintenance**

### Mandatory Requirements

-   5+ Years of work experience
-   ITI / Diploma / vocational training in Mechanical or related field
-   Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools
-   Understanding of preventive maintenance and safety practices
-   Ability to follow instructions and comply with company policies

### Restrictions

-   **No major repairs, overhauls, or complex fault diagnosis permitted**
