## Description

Eram Talent, a prominent Talent Acquisition Consultancy in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a leading client firm in **Saudi Arabia**. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing maintenance strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of oil and gas equipment and facilities.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for oil and gas operations.
-   Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align maintenance activities with production requirements.
-   Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive best practices.
-   Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and spare parts.
-   Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, records of equipment status, and monitoring metrics.
-   Support technical training and development of maintenance personnel.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
-   Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance planning, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
-   Strong familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally SAP or similar software.
-   Experience in shutdown planning.
-   Proven ability to analyze and interpret maintenance data for optimization purposes.
-   Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
-   Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry.
-   Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
