Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment & EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane Operator to join our team on exciting projects. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Operate heavy equipment and EOT cranes safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
-   Perform pre-operational checks and regular inspections of machinery.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and others on the job site.
-   Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate lifting and movement of materials.
-   Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding project status and equipment performance.
-   Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment and EOT cranes.
-   Valid operator certifications and licenses specific to heavy equipment and cranes.
-   Strong understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices in construction and heavy machinery operation.
-   Ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
-   Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
-   Physical capability to perform required job tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
