## Description

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Scheduler Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Scheduler Engineer, you will play a critical role in project planning and management, ensuring that timelines are met and that projects progress smoothly throughout their lifecycle.

### Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and maintain project schedules using **Primavera P6**.
-   Prepare baseline schedules and update progress regularly.
-   Track schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
-   Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
-   Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports.
-   Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate schedule inputs.
-   Support project managers with time-impact analysis and forecasting.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
-   **3–7 years of experience** in planning and scheduling.
-   GPA - **2.8 out of 4, 3.8 out of 5**
-   Strong proficiency in **Primavera P6**.
-   Good understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycle.
-   Strong analytical and communication skills.

### **Preferred Certifications**

-   PMP, PSP, or equivalent (preferred but not required).
