## Description

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Contracts Advisor with PMT (Project Management Team) experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of the ERAM Group's recruitment division, you will provide expert contract management support for capital projects, ensuring compliance and efficient contract execution within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to capital projects within the PMT framework
-   Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
-   Collaborate closely with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to manage contract lifecycle
-   Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks
-   Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes
-   Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery
-   Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout project phases

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-   12+ Years of experience as a Contracts Specialist in Oil & Gas projects with strong Project Management Exposure.
-   In-depth understanding of contract lifecycle management, from initiation and scope definition to execution and close-out.
-   Familiarity with different contract types, including lump-sum, unit-price, and time-and-materials agreements.
-   Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and internal procurement procedures.
-   Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate contract documentation through internal approval and execution workflows.
-   Experience in contract administration, including performance monitoring, compliance tracking, and change control management.
-   Proficiency in generating detailed reports, charts, summaries, and presentations to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
-   Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic project environments
-   Proficiency in contract management systems and project management tools
