## Description

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Sr. Contracting Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia, specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the procurement and project management teams throughout the contract lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of oil and gas contracting processes and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements in the region.

### Responsibilities

-   Responsible for ensuring that the company selects the most appropriate service on the basis of price, quality and delivery in line with company & procedures.
-   Follow the tender procedure including the completion of tender documentation, distributing tenders to eligible contractors and communicating with bidders, answering question etc.
-   Liaise with requesting department for bid selection process including reviewing commercial value of proposal, ensuring technical &qualitative reviews of proposal and conducting bid selection committee meetings.
-   Recommending the award of contracts that secure the Company interest and best contracting value.
-   Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with  Company Policies and Procedures.
-   Manage processing of RFQ s, Service POs, Bid evaluation, release orders for services.
-   Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.
-   Monitor overall contract & service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPI s and attribute and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.
-   Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities activities to Contract Advisors and customers.
-   Coordinate and/or perform technical/commercial evaluation where required.
-   Maintain high level Business standard and Ethics.

## Requirements

-   Preferably Finance or Business Administration Degree.  Engineering and Law Degree are also acceptable.
-   Fluent in English and Arabic.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.
-   9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
-   Understanding of ERP system preferably SAP system.
