## Description

Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition firm in Saudi Arabia, is on the lookout for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and maintenance of mechanical systems across various sectors, primarily focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. You will be tasked with optimizing mechanical performance and supporting maintenance initiatives to ensure smooth operations.

### Responsibilities

-   **Mechanical Systems Maintenance:**

-   Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, and pressure vessels.
-   Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
-   Assist in the analysis of equipment failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
-   Maintain maintenance logs and documentation in alignment with industry standards and regulations.

-   **Collaboration and Communication:**

-   Work closely with operation teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
-   Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
-   Participate in safety and toolbox meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.

-   **Reporting and Compliance:**

-   Prepare maintenance reports highlighting insights and recommendations for management.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
-   Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-   7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector or a similar industry.
-   Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
-   Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair techniques for mechanical systems.
-   Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.
-   Excellent communication skills and teamwork capability.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
