## Description

ERAM Talent is in search of a qualified Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project schedules across various initiatives. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills, to ensure all phases of the project are executed smoothly and on time.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure industries.
-   Strong proficiency in scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-   Ability to analyze complex project data and provide actionable insights to improve project efficiency.
-   Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
