## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Safety Specialist to join our team. As a prominent talent acquisition consultancy, we focus on placing qualified professionals across various industries, ensuring safety and compliance within the workplace.

The Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations to minimize risks and protect employees and assets.

### Responsibilities

-   Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in accordance with local and international standards.
-   Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
-   Provide safety training and education to employees to promote awareness and compliance.
-   Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
-   Collaborate with various departments to ensure safety practices are integrated into daily operations.
-   Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and corporate policies.
-   Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
-   Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
-   Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Occupational health and safety ,facility safety ,construction safety , contractor management, project , auditing compliance or related field.
-   ISO 45001 lead auditor is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
-   Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-   Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
-   Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-   Willingness to travel and work in various operational environments as needed.
