## Description

This role is for engineers who have worked on **4G/5G wireless protocol stack development** but are open to working on **legacy 2G/3G technologies**. Many telecom companies continue to maintain and enhance 2G/3G networks for operators worldwide, making these skills valuable.

### What they're looking for

**Experience:** 3–6 years

**Location:** Bangalore (5 days/week from office)

**Technical Skills**

-   Strong C/C++ programming with solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
-   Experience in wireless telecom protocol development based on **3GPP standards**.
-   Hands-on debugging of issues found during:

-   3GPP conformance testing
-   Customer field trials
-   In-house testing
-   Interoperability (IOT) testing

-   Experience analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and fixing protocol stack issues.
-   Knowledge of **2G (GSM) Layer 1 Controller**, **3G (UMTS)**, or **IRAT (Inter Radio Access Technology)** modules that manage mobility between 2G/3G/4G networks.
-   Candidates currently working on **4G/5G** are welcome, provided they're willing to work on **2G/3G development**.

## Requirements
