# Assistant Fashion Designer/ Fashion Designer

## Description

-   Independently developing and designing the woven casual styles base on the brand aesthetics
-   Conduct research on global retail trends for product development
-   Generate concepts & design of colors, materials and finishes on products
-   Provide support in documentation and presentation preparation for meetings with internal or external parties
-   coordinate with Design team in completing the whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session until pre-production sample
-   Work closely with merchandising/ PD/ Marketing teams and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of trims, sample fitting, etc.
-   Take on ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related discipline
-   2-3 years of fashion design or product development experience is preferred
-   With a strong sense of fashion trends, new materials, fabric, and accessories
-   Basic fabric knowledge and strong aesthetic sense is required
-   Independent, good time management and planning & positive mindset
-   Proactive and result driven, with good good presentation and communication skills 
-   Occasional business travel as required
