## Description

### **The Program**

**Esquel’s Summer Internship Program** welcomes young talents from diverse backgrounds to gain hands-on experience working in our vertically integrated supply chain.  Participants will have ample opportunities to identify and unleash their potential through a 10-week business exploration while adding value to the assigned projects. 

Internship Period: **June - August 2026**

### Program Highlight

-   **Project Management:** The interns will be assigned with projects related to business transformation / business process improvement / business operations

-   **Peer Sharing and Coaching:** The interns will be provided additional business exposure and learning opportunities through coaching by experienced professionals 

-   **Career Advice:** Performance assessment and feedback will be given to the interns to accelerate their project deliverables and professional development

## Requirements

### **The Candidates**

-   Undergraduates from any discipline target to complete the undergraduate program in 2026
-   Excellent command of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is desirable 
-   Interested in garment manufacturing, retail or technology related industry 
-   Good presentation and analytical skills 
-   Ethical, passionate and committed 
-   Learning agility with positive attitude 
-   A team player, creative, flexible and open-minded 
-   Ability to work independently with critical thinking 
-   Students from Belt and Road countries are welcome to apply
