Essel is seeking dedicated and experienced Journeyman HVAC Installers to join our skilled team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial applications. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to blueprint designs and manufacturer specifications.
-   Duct and sheet metal installation; refrigeration, copper, pipefitting, brazing.
-   Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
-   Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete installations within agreed timelines.
-   Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and issues.
-   Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes while on the job.
-   Communicate effectively with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored recommendations.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Valid HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent experience.
-   10-20 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service work.
-   Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
-   Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose HVAC problems accurately.
-   Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
