"**Essel** **Environmental** has partnered with a **Leading Commercial General Contractor** based in the **Sacramento** area looking for an experienced **Superintendent** with 5+ years of experience overallon Commercial, Residential, and DSA projects throughout the Northern California region.

**Job Type: Superintendent** (5+ years Exp; DSA experience preferred)

**Project Types: Commercial, Rehab, DSA, Community Colleges, K-12, Residential**

**Duties:**  
\- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.  
\- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project documentation and management.  
\- Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.  
\- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.  
\- Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained.  
\- Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

**Qualifications:**  
\- Proven experience in managing construction projects.  
\- Proficiency in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, ProCore, and project scheduling.  
\- Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading.  
\- Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively.  
\- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
