## Description

We are currently hiring **Construction Laborers** in **Monterrey Park, CA** to support active construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment.

Construction Laborers will assist with **site preparation, material handling, and general job site cleanup** while working alongside project supervisors and skilled trades.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform **general construction site cleanup** and maintain a safe, organized work environment
-   Assist with **heavy lifting and moving materials** such as lumber, drywall, concrete, and equipment
-   Load and unload **construction materials, tools, and supplies**
-   Remove debris and dispose of materials according to site safety guidelines
-   Assist skilled trades when needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
-   Set up and break down **job site equipment and materials**
-   Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor

## Requirements

-   Previous **construction labor experience preferred but not required**
-   Ability to **lift 50+ lbs repeatedly** and perform physically demanding tasks
-   Comfortable working **outdoors in various weather conditions**
-   Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
-   Reliable transportation to job sites
