At Essel, we are committed to delivering operational excellence in environmental services. We are currently seeking a Pump Laborer who is enthusiastic about contributing to our projects and has a knack for working with various pumping systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in the operation and maintenance of various types of pumps, including but not limited to groundwater extraction and dewatering pumps.
-   Monitor pump performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
-   Assist with the installation and removal of pumping equipment.
-   Perform routine inspections and maintenance of all pump systems to ensure optimal functioning.
-   Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Prior experience in labor or mechanical roles, specifically relating to pumping systems preferred.
-   Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs unassisted).
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
