## Description

We are seeking an experienced **General Laborer** for ongoing construction work in the Pacific Palisades area. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience with foundation-related tasks, demolition, and site prep. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with **foundation work** and site preparation
-   Perform **dig-out work for plumbing** and underground utilities
-   **Remove and reset pavers** as needed
-   Conduct **demolition work**, including concrete and structural removal
-   **Remove and re-post fence lines**, ensuring proper alignment and stability
-   Maintain a clean and safe job site
-   Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in **general labor / construction**, specifically foundation and demo work
-   Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods
-   Experience with hand tools and basic power tools
-   Dependable transportation to job site in Pacific Palisades
-   Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew

**Preferred (Not Required):**

-   Experience working around plumbing trenches
-   Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or grading work
-   OSHA 10 certification
