## Description

**Location:** Ellensburg, WA (Must live within 30–45 minutes)

**Job Description:**  
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
-   Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
-   Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
-   Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
-   Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team
-   Step in to manage the site independently when needed

**What We’re Looking For:**  
We’re looking for a well-rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as a Foreman in multi-family or residential construction
-   Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
-   Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track
-   Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required
-   Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
-   Must be local to the Ellensburg area (within 30–45 minutes)
