## Description

Essel is currently seeking dependable and hardworking **General Laborers** to join our team on an active commercial retail **construction project**. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping us keep our project on track and on schedule.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization
-   Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
-   Operate hand tools and power tools as required
-   Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.)
-   Follow safety guidelines and report any safety hazards
-   Complete other general labor tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or foreman

**Qualifications:**

-   Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred
-   Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
-   Reliable transportation to and from the job site
-   Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
-   Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment is a plus
