## Description

Essel is looking for dedicated Punch Prep/Finished Carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on completing the finishing touches on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform detailed punch list work, including installation and adjustments of trim, cabinets, and doors.
-   Finish carpentry tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a professional finish.
-   Install fixtures and hardware with precision.
-   Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications.
-   Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
-   Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
-   Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
-   Attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Physical stamina and ability to lift materials as needed.
-   Valid driver's license may be required.
