### About Essnova Solutions

Essnova Solutions is seeking an Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise Apple device management, endpoint security, and modernization initiatives within a federal environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the technical lead for Apple and macOS engineering activities
-   Design, implement, and maintain enterprise macOS management solutions
-   Administer and optimize JAMF Pro environments
-   Support Apple device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management
-   Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements for macOS systems
-   Support passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
-   Develop technical standards, procedures, and engineering documentation
-   Troubleshoot complex Apple ecosystem and endpoint management issues
-   Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve security posture

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   8 years of IT experience
-   6 years of engineering experience
-   Extensive experience administering and supporting macOS environments
-   Extensive experience with JAMF Pro
-   Experience supporting Apple device lifecycle management
-   Experience implementing passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
-   Strong endpoint security and systems engineering experience
-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred and may be substituted with relevant experience

### Clearance

-   Active Top Secret Clearance required

### Location

Washington, DC area with onsite support as required.
