## Description

Estelle's Professional Community Services is a community mental health agency serving the Hampton Roads area, providing Assertive Community Treatment, Community Stabilization, and Mental Health Skill Building services for children and adults. Our work is centered on delivering responsive, person-centered behavioral health support that helps individuals and families access meaningful care in the community.

As Clinical Director, you will help shape the quality and consistency of care across core community-based programs, guiding clinical practice and supporting strong coordination across services. This role plays an important part in strengthening program performance, supporting staff, and helping the agency deliver effective behavioral health services for the people and communities it serves.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ACT, Community Stabilization, and Skill-Building programs.
-   Supervise multidisciplinary staff and support high-quality, person-centered behavioral health care.
-   Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and agency clinical policies.
-   Monitor program outcomes, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives across community services.
-   Collaborate with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners to coordinate client care.

## Requirements

-   Active Virginia clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
-   5+ years of experience leading community-based behavioral health programs and teams.
-   Experience supervising multidisciplinary staff and coordinating complex community care.
-   Strong knowledge of state behavioral health regulations, clinical documentation, quality assurance programs, performance improvement processes, audit readiness, and state behavioral health compliance reviews.
-   Experience coordinating care with hospitals, referral sources, crisis services, and other community agencies.
-   Eligibility to work in the United States.
-   Ability to work on-site.
-   Leadership experience serving adult populations in ACT and Community Stabilization programs is a plus.
