# Senior Project Manager (Salesforce)

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep hands-on experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements. You will own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs from discovery and planning through deployment and adoption working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors. This is a hybrid position: you will split your week between our office and remote work.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years leading Salesforce projects.
-   Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, security model, automation, AppExchange, integrations via APIs/middleware).
-   Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale implementations on time and on budget.
-   Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including with C-level audiences.
-   Ability to work onsite at least three days per week.

**Nice to have**

-   Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Certified Project Manager equivalent); PMP or CSM/PSM.
-   Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
-   Experience in life sciences, financial services, or professional services environments.
-   Bilingual English/Spanish.
