**About the Role**  
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Recruiter who owns the full end-to-end hiring process. You’ll go beyond keyword matching. You need to evaluate a candidate’s technical depth in SQL, data work, and object-oriented programming, and also judge their interpersonal skills, seniority, and sense of ownership. You’ll work closely with our delivery leads and clients to make sure every hire is a strong technical and cultural fit.  
  
  
**What You’ll Do**

-   Own the full recruiting cycle: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, technical pre-assessment, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handoff
-   Run technical screens on SQL and data skills (joins, aggregations, query logic) and on OOP concepts (classes, inheritance, encapsulation, design patterns)
-   Assess soft skills: communication, accountability, ownership, and how candidates work in client-facing teams
-   Calibrate seniority accurately, telling real senior experience apart from years on a resume
-   Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles
-   Write clear candidate summaries and recommendations for internal teams and clients
-   Track pipeline metrics and keep the ATS up to date (Workable or similar)
-   Represent EthicsCode professionally to candidates and clients

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in staff augmentation, consulting, or software services
-   Solid hands-on SQL knowledge: you can read, write, and evaluate queries
-   Good understanding of OOP principles and common languages (Java, C#, Python, or similar)
-   A proven ability to identify strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, and real seniority
-   A hands-on attitude: you don’t just source, you drive the process to closure
-   Experience hiring developers, data engineers, QA, and integration engineers
-   Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong plus
-   Comfort working with US-based clients and nearshore teams

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience recruiting for clinical, healthcare, or life sciences technology
-   Familiarity with Workable or other ATS platforms
-   A background in software development or data work before recruiting
