RN Hospice (_**Full-Time Positions 7 on/7 off AND Hospice Admissions openings)**_

We are looking for a compassionate, talented and experienced RN Hospice Nurse that is eager to join an exciting organization and become part of our Hospice team.  

The Hospice Nurse provides service for the personal, physical, emotional and social needs of the patient-family unit. Hospice Nurse will be responsible for evaluating and responding to the patient’s/caregiver’s needs via telephone contact, home visits, and/or facility visits for assessment, symptom management, treatment, teaching and coordination of care.

## Requirements

_**Active RN Nursing license.**_

Maintains an active CPR certification.

_**2+ years of experience in hospice, palliative care and/or training in end-of-life care.**_

Knowledge of hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.

Demonstrate organizational skills.

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
