### Home Health Sales Executive

**Responsibilities:**

-   Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
-   Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
-   Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction

## Requirements

-   Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
-   _**2+ years home care sales**_
-   Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
-   Experience working with sales CRM software

**Compensation:**

-   Base salary plus significant commission
