Home Health Talent Acquisition/Recruiter

_**(Full-Time/ Direct-Hire Position with Excellent Benefits Package, Lucrative Base Salary + Bonus Structure)**_

**Position Responsibilities:**

-   Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
-   Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
-   Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
-   Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly

## Requirements

-   _**Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting**_
-   _**Caregiver recruiting required**_
-   _**Home care recruiting highly preferred**_
-   Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Social Media Recruitment experience
-   Experience attending events
-   Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
