## Description

**About Euromonitor**

Euromonitor International leads the world in data analytics and research into markets, industries, economies and consumers. We provide truly global insight and data on thousands of products and services; we are the first destination for organisations seeking growth. With our guidance, our clients can make bold, strategic decisions with confidence.

**Purpose of the role**

Euromonitor’s research methodology is built on the principle that high-quality research is best conducted as close to the source as possible. To access accurate local insight across our research markets, we work with Contract In-Country Analysts (ICAs), who form a key part of Euromonitor’s global research operations. Our network of contract-based contributors also provides the flexibility required to support the range and volume of projects delivered by our syndicated and consulting research teams.

The Research Operations team oversees the full lifecycle of ICAs, freelance experts, and vendors at Euromonitor. This includes recruitment, contracting and onboarding, training, project allocation, development, evaluation, compensation, and ongoing pool management.

The ROps Associate Advisor is responsible for the recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and training of freelance ICAs for both syndicated and consulting research teams across Greater China and Australasia. The role focuses primarily on maintaining a healthy and effective regional ICA pool, while also supporting broader research operations activities and process improvements.
