Working closely with Finance leadership and key stakeholders, the Finance Systems Manager ensures finance platforms remain stable, secure and aligned to business requirements while driving enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, reporting and user experience. The role combines operational ownership of core finance applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with the delivery of finance transformation initiatives. The Finance Systems Manager acts as the bridge between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring systems support strategic objectives, regulatory compliance and scalable business growth. **About the Role** This is a high-impact Finance Systems leadership role at the heart of the organisation's Finance transformation journey. As Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, governance and continuous improvement of critical finance platforms while supporting strategic change initiatives across the Finance function.
