We're looking for a **Business Analyst – Payment Accounts & Wallet Services** to join our E‑Commerce/Merchant Services team and play a key role in shaping and delivering wallet-related banking services. In this role, you will lead requirements definition for payment accounts and digital wallet capabilities, working at the intersection of banking, payments, and technology within a complex and fast-evolving environment.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

-   Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for payment accounts and wallet services
-   Define and deliver detailed functional specifications for banking and payment products
-   Act as a key bridge between business, product, compliance, and technology teams
-   Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory, operational, and payment scheme requirements
-   Support implementation teams by providing clarifications, managing change requests, and performing impact analysis
-   Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across payment flows, acquiring models, and wallet-related services
-   Contribute to the successful delivery of wallet-related initiatives from design through go-live and post-launch enhancements

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
-   At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or payments environments
-   Strong understanding of payment systems, including initiation, clearing, and settlement
-   Solid knowledge of bank accounts and deposit products
-   Hands-on experience in writing high-quality, implementation-ready functional specifications
-   Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
-   Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
-   Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship
