_**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**_

-   Monitor Fraud alerts and immediately take necessary actions to protect customers and the company from fraudulent Merchant Acquiring activity.
-   Analyze transactional behavior through large historical data and identify fraud patterns. Be able to combine data from various sources.
-   Provide advice and education to merchants on proper card acceptance and fraud prevention best practices.
-   Identify the false positive alerts and suggest ways to improve the performance of the fraud rules.
-   Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data to support decisions.

## Requirements

_**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:**_

-   University degree in Finance/Economics or Positive Sciences/Technology or Engineering.
-   Fluency in English both verbal and written.
-   Advanced user of MS Office applications.
-   Understanding of the Cards Payments Industry, acceptance, and processing of cards transactions through POS terminals and eCommerce a plus but not necessary.
-   Ability to work in shifts.
