We’re seeking a **C++ Software Developer** to join our team in **Las Vegas, NV** and work closely with one of our strategic fintech partners. In this role, you’ll build and enhance technology supporting modern financial solutions while collaborating with a team focused on performance, reliability, and innovation.

This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position n Las Vegas..

-   Writing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in C++

-   Developing new software solutions with the team

-   Implementing software modules and classes based on design specifications

-   Performing code reviews and providing feedback

-   Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues

-   Participating in the development of software engineering best practices and standards

-   Staying current with new technologies and trends in software development

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
-   Strong understanding of C++ programming language
-   5+ years experience as a C++ developer
-   Expereicne with software development tools, including git, Visual Studio, and JIRA
-   Experience working in an Agile software development environment
-   Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL and Oracle
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills
