# Project Manager / Team Leader

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, Project Manager / Team Leader fluent in English and Armenian/Russian eager to participate in an international project for the implementation of an e-Government solution to the public sector in Armenia. This position requires some physical presence at our client’s premises in Yerevan, Armenia.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Coordinate project operations.

-   Train the client’s nodal users on the delivered e-Government software solution.

-   Deliver train-the-trainer training.

-   Quality assurance on the Armenian or Russian versions of deliverable documents.

-   Report to our Contract Manager regarding the project’s progress.

## Requirements

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

-   University degree, preferably in Computer Science or engineering.

-   At least 7 years of professional experience.

-   At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader in the implementation of IT systems.

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-   Excellent command of the Armenia and Russian language (preferably, native speaker).

-   Excellent command of the English language.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

-   Experience in the development or deployment of big IT projects and e-Government solutions.
