# Test Project Leader

## Description

We currently have a vacancy for a **Test Project Leader** fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert **remotely (within EU).** In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

**Tasks:**

-   Responsible for the planning and execution of all test activities (functional and non-functional) and related high-level oversight and reporting;
-   Ensure all Quality Management processes are set up, maintained, and adhere to high-quality standards;   
-   Maintain all documentation and information related to quality management; 
-   Participate in requirement analysis to devise an effective test strategy; 
-   Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, provide expert comments, and accept or reject deliverables;
-   Define and plan end-user testing strategy;
-   Organization for Stakeholders support for quality assurance matters.

## Requirements

-   University degree in IT combined with relevant professional experience of at least 12 years or more in managing large-scale testing projects;
-   Relevant experience in using Test Management tools;
-   Excellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle and the landscape of test automation and management tools;
-   Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies;
-   Good project and contract management knowledge;
-   Ability to chair meetings, give presentations, and apply high-quality standards;
-   Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies;
-   Capacity in writing documents;
-   Excellent command of the English language.
