## Description

Within the Operations Department of Eurostar, the Planning & Rostering department is responsible for designing and adapting the commercial transport plan for the Eurostar service and managing the staff (TD, TM, Paris-Nord station personnel) required for its implementation.  
  
Here are the main task :

1\. **Personnel Scheduling** : Manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide backup support to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris.

2\. **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy in TAM TAM.

3\. **Resource Logistics**: Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.

4\. **Support Operations:** Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and ensure smooth communication between teams.

5\. **Crisis Adaptation**: Help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.

## Requirements

-   You are fluent in French & Dutch. English & German are an asset
-   You have a first experience in the railway sector.
-   You have outstanding interpersonal skills
-   You are ready to work in shift, weekend included
