**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Accounting & Reporting Professional - International Markets** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Financial Accounting**

-   Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, accruals, and provisions
-   Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within agreed timelines
-   Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting estimates
-   Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies

-   **Financial Reporting**

-   Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with **IFRS**
-   Deliver management reports with clear variance analysis and commentary
-   Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports

-   **Business & Stakeholder Support**

-   Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between accounting and business performance
-   Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions
-   Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements

-   **Systems & Process Improvement**

-   Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
-   Support ERP implementations, upgrades, or automation initiatives
-   Ensure data integrity and strong documentation of accounting policies and procedures

-   **Team & Leadership**

-   Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members
-   Review team output and ensure high-quality deliverables
-   Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or business administration
-   5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
-   Strong knowledge of **IFRS** and statutory reporting requirements
-   Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
-   Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
