**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Civil Engineer** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being,   
ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Supervise day-to-day building maintenance tasks across factory facilities.
-   Coordinate and follow up on civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
-   Prepare quantity surveying reports and ensure accurate documentation.
-   Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
-   Support technical office tasks such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
-   Provide on-site supervision for repair and renovation works.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-   3–5 years of professional experience in construction, maintenance, or facility management.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
-   Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, and technical office work.
-   Good communication and reporting skills.
-   Intermediate level of English is required.
