Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Quality Control and Microbiology Senior Manager** to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead QC and Microbiology teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. 
-   Oversee all laboratory activities including chemical and microbiological testing. 
-   Drive quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives. 
-   Review and approve validation protocols, test results, and batch release decisions. 
-   Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections. 
-   Manage departmental resources, budgets, and team development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field – MBA is a plus.
-   12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role. 
-   Strong expertise in QC, Microbiology, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory. 
-   Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
