**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

-   **HSE Compliance & Systems:** Develop and maintain HSE procedures, standards, documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-   **Risk & Field Safety:** Conduct risk assessments, implement safe systems of work, PTW, and critical-risk controls across site, projects, contractors, and emergency activities.
-   **Inspections & Contractor Management:** Conduct HSE inspections, manage findings and corrective actions, and ensure contractor compliance with site HSE requirements.
-   **Emergency, Fire & Environmental Safety:** Ensure readiness of fire protection, emergency systems, critical safety equipment, chemical safety, and environmental controls.
-   **Incident, Training & Improvement:** Support incident investigations, deliver HSE training and awareness, participate in audits, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy.

1-3 years of relevant experience in HSE, industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical operations.

Experience in inspections, incident follow-up, contractor safety, and HSE documentation is preferred.
