**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Project Manager** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment.
-   Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively.
-   Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.
-   Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
-   Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.
-   Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
-   Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

-   At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
-   Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
-   Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.
-   Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
-   Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
-   PMP certification is a plus.
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
