**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and talented fresh graduate **R&D Researcher - Class of 2025** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct research and development activities for pharmaceutical products, including formulation, analytical methods, and process development.
-   Design and execute experiments to improve existing formulations and develop new products.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth product development.
-   Document and analyze experimental data to provide insights and recommendations.
-   Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
-   Keep up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and innovative technologies.
-   Support the preparation of technical reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

-   Passionate about research and development.
-   Hands-on training with laboratory equipment and software related to pharmaceutical R&D is preferably.
-   Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
-   Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.
-   Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
