We are seeking a passionate and talented **HSE Specialist** to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

 **Key Responsibilities**

-   Promote HSE Standards: Put into practice and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies by performing regular inspections, and risk assessments to confirm the workplace adheres to all regulatory and company standards.
-   Support Safety Training and Incident Management: Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs, while also participating in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend actions that prevent future issues.
-   Manage HSE Documentation: Maintain all necessary safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists.
-   Contribute to Environmental Sustainability: Actively participate in initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, such as waste reduction programs and energy conservation efforts.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, or science.
-   0-3 years of experience in HSE role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical setting.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented personality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
-   Very good command of English language, both spoken and written, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
