**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a proactive and skilled **Finance Manager for the Emerging Markets** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
-   Oversee the annual budget and monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment.
-   Identify areas for cost savings and drive financial efficiency.
-   Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with law and regulations.
-   Manage cash flow and cash conversion cycle to ensure operational efficiency.
-   Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital.
-   Manage financial audits and assess financial risks.
-   Advise on major financial decisions, like investments or acquisitions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field. Master’s degree and/or professional qualification MBA, CFA, CPA.
-   10+ years in finance, leading a team with global experience.
-   Pre exposure to Emerging Markets, especially Middle East Africa / Asia.
-   Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Manufacturing industrial environment.
-   Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
-   Fluency in English Language is a must.
