### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled **Deputy Construction Project Manager** to support the Construction Project Manager in coordinating and delivering projects effectively by overseeing daily operations, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
-   Coordinate daily activities and ensure alignment with schedules and milestones
-   Monitor progress and report on performance, risks, and delays
-   Manage scope, cost, resources, and follow up with stakeholders for timely execution
-   Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, review technical documents, and maintain project records

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-   7–10 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
-   Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)
-   Solid knowledge of construction management principles
-   Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
